[PATCH] Website update for the required PRC links
I have the required changes for the PRC links (plus ApacheCon links) as
a patch here. Could someone please review and apply it, please?

Well, the dates of the conferences are public knowledge (apachecon.com,
CFPs sent to committers@a.o etc.). I usually keep track of them simply
out of personal interest. Sometimes the conference logos are not
immediately available, though.
BTW, I think there's some IFRAME functionality for the main ASF website so
the conferences are automatically updated. But it uses different logo
sizes than we require for the Forrest websites and I don't think it's
currently possible to include such an IFRAME with Forrest. Maybe with
some XSLT customizing we could do something. When I have time.... :-)

to be updated?
