Registry Editors

Just a forewarning, the patches are accumulative.  The admin.xreg and the
admin's default.psml contain all information from previous patches.  So, the
control registry patch (admin.xreg and default.psml) has all the patch
information from the media and controller patches   Didn't know if this
would affect anything while applying the patches.
