   Run from an agent's shell-escape prompt (no controlling terminal, e.g. Claude Code's `!`), the default paste flow of `vulnogram-api-setup` hits `getpass` → `EOFError` with a traceback and writes nothing. The browser flow (`--pmc <project> --scope write`) works in the same environment.
   
   Suggest detecting a non-interactive stdin and printing "no terminal for the paste prompt — re-run with `--pmc <project>`" instead of the traceback, and mentioning `--pmc` first in the skills' expired-token hint.
