bonjour Simon

yet another patch for DnI (end of ch 4 & begin of ch5). the chapters 5.5 to 5.9
need a complete rewrite, because of the implementation of Knuth's algorithm.
would you say that it's stable enough to rewrite it now or shall i wait a little?
