[jira] [Created] (DISPATCH-475) Does a user_fd connection have a role? [unreachable code]

Chuck Rolke created DISPATCH-475:
------------------------------------

Summary: Does a user_fd connection have a role? [unreachable code]
                 Key: DISPATCH-475
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/DISPATCH-475
             Project: Qpid Dispatch
          Issue Type: Bug
    Affects Versions: 0.6.1
            Reporter: Chuck Rolke

While creating a qd_user_fd_t object the code checks that the connection's connector config has a role and if so then it copies the role name. The connector in this case is always zero. There is no role to copy so the code will never execute. This code can be removed.

Should the qd_user_fd_t have a role? Certainly it has never had a role to date but would there be an advantage to having one?
