tcpmon monitor

Hi guys,
 I tryed to use tcpmon, but if I try to download a zip file, it downloads 
only 264K of the file and finishes. The file has 3Mb.

 I saw that tcpmon works for small zip, jpg, ... files but not for big 
files.
 Any sugestion?
