one node in a cluster throws FileNotFoundException:

Hadoopers,

Has anyone ever experienced this Error?

Ignoring the truncation of logs of this process.
java.io.FileNotFoundException: /var/log/hadoop-0.20-mapreduce/userlogs/job_201210301335_0001/attempt_201210301335_0001_m_000006_0/log.index (No such file or directory)

I noticed that every node generates log.index file inside local /var/log/..../userlogs/.../ directory, together with stderr, stdout, syslog files, ever node except for the one above, that threw an exception. Any idea why and how to solve this?

This happens everytime I am trying to replicate one of my instances on EC2 (running DN, TT) and add them to the cluster as a new DN/TT.
p.s. I do add the hostname of that new instance to the conf/slaves file.

Cheers,
AK
