Apply [attachment:t167_r1398220_anchor_pos.diff attached patch] against
r1398220 together with previous patches submitted for #174 and #223 .
Consider the following order

That should fix current issue , but please try it and provide feedback . I
only tested it using Opera (Version 12.02 Build 1578 Platform Linux System
x86_64, 2.6.32-40-generic) , Chromium (17.0.963.79 Developer Build 125985
Linux Ubuntu 10.04) and Firefox (11.0+build1-0ubuntu0.10.04.2) .
