Portal Page Labels

I submitted a patch last week as bug number 31857 that provides an
enhancement to the portal in the way it generates links.  It is documented
at http://wiki.apache.org/cocoon/PortalPageLabels.

I'd appreciate it if others using the portal could download it and
validate that it works for you.
