[GitHub] cayenne pull request #156: CAY-2172 Unify logic of Merge and ReverseEngineer...

    CAY-2172 Unify logic of Merge and ReverseEngineer actions

    - unify logic of Merge and ReverseEngineer actions
    - split DB actions to different packages
    - clean up ReverseEngineeringAction
    - clean up and unify DataSource select dialogs
