With FINERACT-700 (long) completed, the next step, as outlined on https://markmail.org/message/5biuy5lzxbqttkpl, is to make https://github.com/apache/fineract/blob/develop/fineract-provider/src/test/java/org/apache/fineract/infrastructure/core/boot/tests/SpringBootServerLoginTest.java (which is currently {{@Ignore}}'d) pass...
