Currently when savepoint restore fails due to some problems with parallelism or the assigned uids the error messages contain all the job vertex id of the problematic task.

This makes these kind of problems very difficult to debug for more complex topologies.

I propose to add the user assigned task names to these error messages to make this much easier for users.
