Exciting news: Apache Pulsar celebrates 300th contributors

Dear Pulsar community,
Our Pulsar community growth has contributed to a new milestone - we
have 300 contributors now. This milestone is even more exciting given that
we added 100 contributors in the last 8 months alone!

We would like to thank the Pulsar community, contributors and committers,
who have helped to drive development, growth and adoption for Pulsar.
