When I checked first 2013-09-06 most of the links on
https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/f8KoAQ>
under
"Snapshot Apache OpenOffice 4.0.1 - full installation sets"
were dead.
Situation has become better, many snapshot builds are available, but still many
are missing (Hungarian, ...)
I checked on
<http://people.apache.org/~jsc/developer-snapshots/snapshot/windows/>,
alphabetic listing ends with Apache_OpenOffice_4.0.1_Win_x86_install_gl.exe
