print pid from apr_proc_t

Hi,

It seems there is not anyway to print the pid from an apr_proc_t, isn't
it?

Does such a thing make sense to add to apr? (There is a "%pT" for
apr_os_thread_t).

Seems like a reasonable enough thing to add.
