[PR] docs: fix question count in security threat model [opendal]

   Updated the number of questions addressed in the document from three to four.

   Section 2 states that the document answers three questions, but the numbered list contains four. This change corrects the inconsistency.

   - Changed "three questions" to "four questions" in `SECURITY-THREAT-MODEL.md`.

   No functional changes. This is a documentation-only correction.
