   We should give more PMC members permission to manage this project in PyPi.

   PMC members should sign up for an account on the following sites and then post their usernames on this issue.

   Closing this since there was not much response and we can add anyone to PyPi at any time and they do not need to be PMC members

   Thanks @andygrove  -- I sadly don't think I have time at the moment to help maintain this crate 😭  -- I think it is quite important to increase DataFusion's adoption
