Changes to tables m_client, m_code_value and introduction of new table m_family_members

Hello Devs,
I am writing this mail to bring all the change proposals to single thread.In the last week, I had brought three change proposals which we are planning to introduce in the credit bureau module.As I haven't received any negative feedback, I am assuming community thinks they are good enough to be implemented.
