[mp2] mod_perl2 2.0.3 can't build with '-march=pentium3' compile option

mod_perl2 2.0.3 can not build with compile option '-march=pentium3'.

A wrong code is xs/APR/APR/Makefile.PL.

Argument may contain multiple '=' charactor
such as CCFLAGS="-O2 -pipe -march=pentium3".

Thanks, we found this Friday. FreeBSD ports is getting patch and this is 
already in SVN.

FYI, split /=/, $_, 2

is much simpler :)
