NIFI-8948 Upgraded Spring to 5.3.9 and Security to 5.5.1

- Upgrades Spring Framework from 5.3.8 to 5.3.9
- Upgrades Spring Security from 5.4.6 to 5.5.1
- Upgrades Spring Boot from 2.5.1 to 2.5.2 in Registry
- Upgrades Spring Data Redis from 2.5.1 to 2.5.3
