Added react folder "pets". At first run backend, then React (using docker command):
docker run --rm -it -p 3000:3000 -v $(pwd):/usr/src/app pets.
App should run on localhost:3000.

I has its own module (pets folder). I did not remove front end from java.
You can choose to run app with only java or with react frontend.

One side thought though. Since React has it's own process, perhaps it might make sense to keep these in a separate juneau-petstore-server-react module?
