   ## Why are the changes needed?
   
   Implement [AIP-6](https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/spaces/AMORO/pages/440304643/AIP-6+Introduce+an+MCP+Server+for+Apache+Amoro) so MCP clients can inspect AMS catalogs, tables, snapshots, and optimizing state.
   
   ## Brief change log
   
   - Add a FastMCP server with 11 dedicated AMS tools and `none`/`ams-api-key` authentication.
   - Add AMS 0.8.x/0.9.x compatibility checks, response sanitization, tests, and CI integration.
   
   ## How was this patch tested?
   
   - [x] Add positive and negative test cases
   - [x] Run pytest, Ruff, mypy, and Apache RAT locally
   - [ ] Add screenshots for manual tests (not applicable)
   
   ## Documentation
   
   - Does this pull request introduce a new feature? yes
   - If yes, how is the feature documented? `amoro-mcp-server/README.md`
