   `AGENTS.md` still described the pre-refactor core layout, including service and layer paths that no longer exist. This updates the agent guidance so future repository work uses the current workspace structure and CI commands.

   This refreshes the Rust workspace commands, documents the current facade/core/service/layer crate split, and updates service, layer, testing, and PR guidance to match the repository today.
   
   # Are there any user-facing changes?
   
   No runtime or public API changes. This is repository guidance only.
   
   # AI Usage Statement
   
   Used an AI coding assistant to inspect the repository structure and update `AGENTS.md`.
