[DISCUSS] Apache Kudu Monitoring in Eagle
Hi Team ,
Apache Kudu is New Storage Engine & Fast Analytics Engine Which Combines
HDFS and HBase .. It has different Components like Master . Tablet Server
etc...

Good to add Kudu Monitoring in Eagle ,Since Kudu will be really interesting
tool to use in Analytics Space..
Pls add your thoughts / suggestions ..

Current problem with Kudu is handling permanent masters fail over is
difficult , also if any problem in Leader/Follower election using Raft
Consensus Algo should be notified to Operations team to act on it quickly
..
Also Kudu exposes different metrics like memory , usage , partition size
etc ... So for Eagle Kudu metrics also good input for alerting etc ...

Thanks !! Have been working on setup kudu cluster to understand insights ..
Right now , Monitoring Kudu Master / Tablet Server would be right use for
us..Soon I'll come up with Design proposal ..
