Description:
In the sequences
0053 031B 0304; LATIN CAPITAL LETTER S WITH COMBINING HORN AND COMBINING MACRON; S̛̄;
and
0073 031B 0304; LATIN SMALL LETTER S WITH COMBINING HORN AND COMBINING MACRON; s̛̄;
the MACRON has a wrong position for font Noto Sans Mono Regular.
Compare rendering with FOP: !image-2022-06-11-12-17-21-602.png!
and with HarfBuzz hb-view: !S_WITH_COMBINING_HORN_AND_COMBINING_MACRON_NotoSansMono-Regular.png!

Rendering with font Noto Sans Regular is correct.
For reference I added the letters of DIN SPEC 91379: [^fop-din-spec-91379.fo], [^fop-din-spec-91379.fo.pdf]
