Debug incoming/outgoing TS requests/responses - Question

In TS, is there a way to see requests made to the origin server, origin
server responses, or if there us a cache hit? Any debug config value
settings will be appreciated.

Yes, either go back and check the archives for this mailing list where 
this has been discussed several times, or take a look at
