Patch looks fine. So as per patch we are moving Steps 1-4 to a different thread and rest to a different thread both with deafult {{asyncDelay}} frequency. Possibly for the second one we use a different delay say with more delay so as to not compete with the read thread which is most important one to us

To enable that we should move out task which are not directly related to _head revision change_ like splitDocument.
