   ## Current behavior:
   The special "URL" Parameter is undocumented ([whereas others are](https://traffic-control-cdn.readthedocs.io/en/latest/overview/profiles_and_parameters.html#parameter-name)).
   
   ## Expected / new behavior:
   The special "URL" Parameter should be documented. When a Parameter has the name "URL", its value is interpreted as a URL at which the contents of its associated Config File may be found.
   
   ## Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions:
   Read the documentation, notice the "URL" Parameter is undocumented.
