book: setting up xinetd

On the section about setting up svnserve, http://svnbook.red-bean.com/svnbook/ch06s03.html 
 
you may want to add instructions for setting it up with xinetd, and a sample file in /etc/xinetd.d
 
service svn 
{ 
    disable = no 
    socket_type = stream 
    protocol = tcp 
    wait = no 
    user = svn
    port = 3690 
    server = /usr/bin/svnserve 
    server_args = -i -r /var/svn
