   This bug doesn't exist in master branch. We share the same zk session as hmaster. So if there is any zk issue then master will call Abortable and shutdown master process.
   In branch-1 ReplicationLogCleaner creates its own zk session so it  has to manage locally to abort master incase it encounters zk issue. Closing this PR and will create a patch for branch-1 soon.
