Description:
Our .NET projects have different values for some fields: {{AssemblyCompany}} and {{AssemblyTrademark}} are either empty (majority) or "The Apache Software Foundation", and {{AssemblyCopyright}} is either "Copyright © 2016" (majority) or "The Apache Software Foundation". We should decide which one is correct and unify these fields.
Since this requires editing all files anyways, let's also introduce {{SharedAssemblyInfo.cs}} file to hold common assembly information.
