[RESULT] [VOTE] Release Maven Parent POM 15, Maven Plugins Parent POM 16 and Maven Shared Components Parent POM 14

Hi,

The vote has passed with the following result:

+1 (binding): Benjamin Bentmann, Olivier Lamy, Arnaud Héritier

+0 (binding): Dennis Lundberg

+1 (non binding): Stephen Connolly

I will promote the artifacts to the central repository and continue with 
the release.
