Fwd: [rt.cpan.org #68233] mod_perl not install with perl 5.14
This is a good reason to EOL mp1, unless someone wants to fix this
issue with 5.14 and 1.31.
Speaking of which, Perl 5.14 came out yesterday. 5.10 is officially
unsupported now, 5.8.8 is legacy.
