I am not getting any mail from either Zookeeper forum

I am not getting any mail from either Zookeeper forum. I have subscribed twice to both lists. I have posted questions to the list, but have not seen any replies in my inbox.

I see replies to my questions in the archive on the website.

Can someone tell me if my list account is set up correctly?
