A whole chunk of convoluted code (https://github.com/apache/pig/blob/3fdc842b63fd4e99ed8d3b343666e32005c6c8d6/src/org/apache/pig/backend/hadoop/executionengine/tez/plan/optimizer/MultiQueryOptimizerTez.java#L132-L240) can be removed once TEZ-1190 is done
