C2 Sitemap Error with BEA WLS 6.0 SP1 on RH7.0

Hi!
After going through all the mails regarding this internal error Sitemap
Handlers's sitemap not found.... I tried all the fixes fitting to my case but
I cannot figure out a way to correct this problem.

The problem the log shows is a ClassNotFound Error for a velocity packaged
class. I added the JAR file in the cocoon/lib directory to the CLASSPATH of
the startWebLogic.sh file in the <WL_HOME>/config/<server>/ directory but all
in vain.

The CLASSPATH has all other JARS from the cocoon/lib/ directory too.

The complete log is attached. Here the snapshot of the two errors:

RedHat 7.0
Bea Weblogic Server 6.0 with service pack 1.

I don't know what to do now. The jar file is in the classpath. I added the
.war file to the aaplication directory of my default server. I can start
weblogic without any errors..

If any of the experts knows where could be the problem, please share it with
me too..
