[GH] (stormcrawler/issue-2082-host-canonicalisation): Workflow run "Java CI with Maven" is working again!

Reformat FetcherBolt and SimpleFetcherBolt with the project formatter

The hand-edited import reorder in the previous commit left one code
line indented differently than google-java-format requires, which the
CI format check rejects. Files are now formatted with the exact
google-java-format version the git-code-format plugin pins (1.35.0,
AOSP), followed by the import-block normalisation the checkstyle
config demands. No code changes.
