Hmm, this might be an invalid one as  "oozie.service.CallbackService.base.url" is not referenced in the code anymore.
Callback handling is set by [org.apache.oozie.server.ServletMapper | https://github.com/apache/oozie/blob/master/server/src/main/java/org/apache/oozie/server/ServletMapper.java#L63].

Still, callback notification is not sent back when an action has been finished. 10 minutes needed to detect that my shell action had been finished.
