RE: security restrictions using "log4net.Appender.RemotingAppender" in .NET 1.1

You can fix this for .NET 1.1 by updating the .config files for the
client and server applications as specified in
http://www.thinktecture.com/Resources/RemotingFAQ/Changes2003.html
