This patch contains the following changes :

1. CXF version has been updated to 2.2.4
2. cxf-osgi-transport has been removed from features/cxf due to CXF 2.2.4 now incorporating it
3. various changes to do with the update 2, including the changes to the demos which relied on cxf-osgi-transport being a servicemix component
4. update to cxf-jaxrs demo (removed /cxf/crm/ from CustomerService) due to another fix in CXF 2.2.4
5. Updated Jettison dependency to org.codehaus.jettison/jettison/1.1 which is an OSGI bundle and which is used by CXF 2.2.4
