Confirming that I can duplicate the results on build 9567 in Windows 7 x64.
I continued the last few steps until I was down to just one column.
Repeating the steps changed the column count like so:
17 - 15 - 13 - 11 - 10 - 9 - 8 - 7 - 6 - 5 - 4 - 3 - 2 - 1
Also, side note, there are two "C02" columns in your example table data.
