still having that problem

I still don't know how I could make it possible to download that .tcl.gz 
file ... (http://tcl.freakyy.de)

Hi - can you redirect the original question to rivet-dev?  More people 
read that.  Please include the versions of everything you are using 
(tcl, apache, rivet).
