sa-learn hangs. ^C causes it to give:
interrupted at /usr/bin/sa-learn line 412.
Command line was:
sa-learn --spam --mbox -D spamfile
Putting -D as first option works fine.

Yes, this is expected. -D accepts an optional value following it to focus the debugging. There's no way to
know if "spamfile" is a debug option or not.

There's no indication I can find in the sa-learn documentation that there is
this optional value to the -D parameter. Reopening the bugzilla with a minor
severity, so we can update the documentation. Setting 3.1.0 target, since it's
just documentation and should be easy to update.
