   ### Description
   
   This feature can help developers and users of DevLake who primarily use local setup to enhance the experience and save build time. An ideal user has a single or very niche plugin use-case. Eg: Only want to use GitHub and not the rest or otherwise. A simple configuration file or an option to run a specific set of plugins that are useful would be a great add-on.
   
   ### Use case
   
   Suppose if a user only needs to use GitHub but Docker-compose builds for the entire files (Jira, Feishu, GitLab, etc. are not used **all at once** in most cases).
   
   For low devices (~ 16GB of RAM), it takes a lot of time for the docker to build. I had to wait for a few hours but still faced the challenge. In my scenario, I had to delete all the plugins from the `plugin` folder to make it smooth, quick, and easy.
   
   A simple configuration file can be a good idea to reduce build time. Incase, if this or the solution already exists, it would be great to have it highlighted in our official docs.

   Adding further insights to this as clarified by @hezyin, It was my mistake and it won't be encountered in Manual mode.
