When trying to use maven exec to start a 1.2.0-SNAPSHOT instance of mini fluo it fails with the following exeception. I think what is happening is that the fluo jars are found on the classpath and then it tries to copy those to hdfs. However there is no HDFS.
I am thinking a possible fix for this is to make the the new `fluo.dfs.root` property not have a default of localhost. Also make the copytojars code that uses the property do nothing if the property is not set.
Could possibly throw an exception if `fluo.accumulo.jars` is set and `fluo.dfs.root` is not. However when both are not set, then do nothing.
