   @kou why this change? downloads.apache.org says in bold "Please do not download releases from downloads.apache.org unless you absolutely have to!" I thought we were supposed to use the mirror service.

   Sorry. I misunderstood.
   I thought we can always use downloads.apache.org because dyn/closor.lua always suggests downloads.apache.org to me.
   
   I'll reuse the JIRA issue to change to redirect URL.
