   Can not execute DDL if your sharding strategy is totally dynamic. DDL only can affect your current sharding strategy configuration.
   Even using registry center can change sharding strategy configuration dynamically, but end-user still need to create table by themselves.
   Use `CREATE TABLE IF NOT EXIST` is better if end-user change configuration via registry center.
