[C2] Transparent Content Aggregation using XIncludeSAXConnector

Hi Team,

Updated XIncludeSAXConnector + added a sample using XSP. Please give it a shot.

One related question,
- Right now the SAXConnector can get the "root" sitemap. Is there a way for it to get the
"current" sitemap?
