mp 2.0.6

We're coming up on 3 months from the last mod_perl2 release.  So far
there are 4 entries in the change log, and another couple versions of
Apache::* modules.

I'm thinking that maybe we roll RCs sometime towards the end of May,
and test 2.0.6 RCs in the following two months.  Any of the Apache::*
modules can be released earlier as needed.
