Hotfix release for Wicket 10?
Hi all,
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/WICKET-7140 is quite a serious bug
and in my opinion no one should be using Wicket 10.3.0.
Should we do a hotfix release 10.3.1 or release 10.4.0 with the
small number of changes we have now?

if there are no objections I would proceed with the regular version
10.4.0 . We might have a small number of changes for it but a couple of
them are new features so I'd rather avoid a simple hotfix.
